Tianhong's trump card lies in its TX650-S double-station screenless laser melt filter.
This equipment, which drew huge attention at CHINAPLAS 2026, delivers high throughput up to 2000kg/h while achieving a filtration precision of 60μm (250 mesh). It supports fully automatic non-stop continuous production with a maintenance cycle of over 30 days. One Turkish customer conducted on-site testing and ran the machine continuously for four months without any malfunctions, far exceeding the industry average.
Yet it is the price that truly puts competitors under immense pressure.

A set of our screen plates costs just one-third to one-quarter of competitors’ offerings, yet lasts three times longer. This translates to an 80%–90% cut in customers’ annual consumable expenses.
This disruptive pricing capability stems from Tianhong’s vertical integration of core processes: self-developed special machine tools for micro-hole processing (0.15mm micro-holes with a maximum processing speed of 200 holes per second), proprietary heat treatment technology, and a fully equipped quality control laboratory. Every link, from original production equipment to factory inspection, is independently controlled in-house.

Up to now, Tianhong’s products have been exported to Turkey, the United States, Italy, Uzbekistan, as well as multiple countries and regions across Southeast Asia and South America. He Guojun forecasts that overseas sales in 2026 are expected to surpass domestic sales for the first time.
Future Vision: From Segment Leader to Category Definer
Though founded for just over five years, Tianhong has a crystal-clear positioning of itself.
“In terms of market share, we are not yet among the top players,” He Guojun admitted frankly. “However, judging by our customer repurchase rate and referral rate, we have built an extremely strong reputation within this niche sector.”
Tianhong’s long-term goal is to replace the traditional manual screen changing method with automated, high-precision integrated filtration solutions. The company has also made strides toward ultra-fine filtration at 250–300 mesh for PET and chemical fiber applications.
Tianhong has fully prepared its workforce, technology and production facilities, and is poised to achieve explosive growth within the next two to three years. Sources reveal that Tianhong will relocate to a new plant by the end of this year, with major strategic moves to be announced upon completion of the move.
